GTA 6 CyberLeek leak shows Jason fully nude

A 25-minute GTA 6 clip from leaker CyberLeek shows Jason fully nude with modelled physics, but dev tools are in play and nothing confirms it for retail.

Rumour. An unverified leak or claim. Treat it with caution until Rockstar speaks.

A leaker called CyberLeek is back with a video of about 25 minutes that appears to come from a development build of GTA 6, and protagonist Jason is naked for much of it. PC Gamer covered the clip on October 8 and reported that Jason's genitals are fully modelled, with physics. Rockstar Games has not confirmed any of it, and the footage is clearly not a normal play session.

Signs of developer tools in the clip

PC Gamer says CyberLeek seems to have access to developer tools, and the video makes that obvious: at one point a tank floats in midair, which points to console commands. That's an important caveat. The clip can't tell us whether players will be able to undress Jason and walk around Leonida in the finished game. PC Gamer also noticed that NPCs nearby don't react to the naked protagonist at all.

Two other details in PC Gamer's description stand out. Lucia appears topless, seen from behind and wearing a thong. It's unclear whether the leaker chose that or whether the game treats nudity differently for its two leads. The video also shows first-person driving, which GTA 6 had earlier been reported to leave out. The same caveat about developer tools applies.

The level of detail isn't a big surprise. According to PC Gamer, an earlier CyberLeek clip showed fully nude NPCs.

What IGN's official preview showed

The leak follows an official preview. IGN saw Jason naked in a shower cutscene that was used to show how players can switch between Jason's and Lucia's points of view in the same scene. IGN later explained that careful camera angles kept everything below his torso out of shot, as both PC Gamer and GamesRadar+ report. Rockstar has also kept those scenes away from TV audiences: its first TV ad cut the shower scenes.

GamesRadar+ collected fan reactions, which included plenty of jokes about whether Rockstar will bring over the horse anatomy physics from Red Dead Redemption 2. Its writer thinks full-frontal nudity is unlikely for either protagonist. They point to how rare it is in film and TV and to the trouble it could cause with age ratings, though they don't rule it out.

Rockstar has gone this far before. PC Gamer notes that GTA 4's The Lost and Damned expansion included full frontal male nudity of a major character. The outlet also expects modders to add whatever Rockstar leaves out once the game reaches PC.

CyberLeek's fundraising pitch

According to PC Gamer, CyberLeek again says it is working on a "project" and is asking people to pay for it. PC Gamer advises readers not to. For background, see our previous CyberLeek coverage. PC Gamer adds that Take-Two and Rockstar are still trying to identify the leaker, with no recent news on that front. Neither source reports any comment from Rockstar about this clip.
