GTA 6 merch collection launches at the Rockstar Store

Rockstar opened the official Grand Theft Auto VI Collection on the Rockstar Store, a line of apparel and collectibles sold exclusively through its own shop.

Confirmed. Rockstar Games or Take-Two said this on the record.

Grand Theft Auto VI now has its own official merchandise line. In a Rockstar Newswire post on October 8, Rockstar Games announced the Grand Theft Auto VI Collection, a range of clothing and collectibles that the studio says is "exclusively available now at the Rockstar Store."

The announcement itself is short. Rockstar describes the range only as "new apparel and collectibles inspired by Grand Theft Auto VI" and leaves it there. The post lists no individual products, prices, sizes or shipping regions, and doesn't say whether any of the pieces are limited runs. If you're after something specific, the store listings are the place to check, because the Newswire doesn't help with the details.

Rockstar's use of "exclusively" points to the collection being sold through its own shop rather than through outside retailers. The post doesn't say whether that will last or whether other sellers will pick up the range later.

The launch lands in the run-up to the game's release, at a point when Rockstar is putting GTA 6 in front of fans in more and more places. For where things stand on launch timing in your region, see our release date and launch times guide.

One thing the collection doesn't appear to be is a route to in-game rewards. Rockstar's post mentions no codes, unlocks or bonuses tied to buying anything, so nothing suggests a new hoodie gets you an extra outfit in Leonida. If in-game extras are what you're after, our GTA 6 price and editions guide covers what Rockstar has said about the Standard and Ultimate editions and their bonuses.

The Rockstar Store isn't the only place GTA 6 branding is showing up off-screen, either. For another tie-in, read about the Miami Heat's Vice City night on November 18.

For now, all Rockstar has officially said is that the collection exists, that it's made up of apparel and collectibles inspired by the game, and that you can only buy it at the Rockstar Store. Any further drops or additions would come from Rockstar, most likely through the Newswire or the store itself.
